Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Project has been cancelled as per the adda 1 . Sealed proposals are requested for the construction of the Lakeside Bayou Lift Station No. 1 - Phase 1 to serve Galveston County Municipal Utility District No. 53. Bids must be received at LJA Engineering, Inc. at the specified location by the deadline. Bidders may submit bids electronically through the provided website after registering. Bid security in the form of bid bond, certified, or cashier's check payable to Galveston County Municipal Utility District No. 53 in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid submitted must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be the responsible bidder that, in the Board's judgment, is most advantageous to the District and results in the best and most economical completion of the project. The project is subject to the requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552 of the Government Code, and compliance is mandatory. Bidding documents are available for examination and purchase at the designated office and online portal. Question Deadline 02/09/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be directed to ENGINEER. Questions received less than three working days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
