HC Prpject No. 2512240080 HCFCD Project No. 2512240081 Sealed bids are requested for furnishing all material, equipment, labor, and supervision necessary or incidental to the construction of water, sanitary sewer, and drainage facilities, as well as paving and appurtenances to serve Bridgeland Creekland Village Section 24. The project includes approximately 3,500 linear feet of 6-inch through 8-inch water line and all appurtenances; approximately 3,500 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer collection system; approximately 3,330 linear feet of 24-inch through 60-inch storm sewer and all appurtenances; approximately 8,376 square yards of 6-inch subgrade preparation; approximately 341 square yards of 8-inch subgrade preparation; approximately 11,962 square yards of 6-inch reinforced concrete pavement; approximately 307 square yards of 7-inch reinforced concrete pavement with "Holland Stone" interlocking pavers; and approximately 130 linear feet of earthen swale excavation. To submit a bid, bidders must register on the specified website to download bidding documents. A cashier's check or bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid must accompany each bid. The successful bidder must provide a performance bond, a payment bond, and a maintenance bond for the full contract amount. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
