The project is for the Crittenden Nature Park Phase Two, located at 501 Violet Road, Crittenden, Kentucky 41030, adjacent to the St. Elizabeth Health Care Urgent Care. All contractors submitting a proposal must register with their company name, contact, and email address. Contractors are required to make a site visit before submitting a bid. Bids must be submitted using printed forms provided in the Bid Documents, which can be purchased and picked up or delivered from designated locations. The City of Crittenden reserves the right to delete any bid item, reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, negotiate bid or contract terms, and select the winning bid at its sole discretion. No Bidder may withdraw their bid for forty days following the opening, and all bids must be guaranteed for that period. The successful bidder must furnish Certificates of Insurance and Performance and Payment Bonds within ten days after receiving the Notice of Award. Bidders must adhere to all conditions outlined in the Bidding Documents, and submitting a bid constitutes agreement to these conditions. Only written inquiries will be accepted.
