Question deadline is 02/16/2026 at 12:00 PM Roof and RTU replacement along with all associated work. Project to be awarded with two contractors, one for the roof work and one for the HVAC work. Contractors are required to work together as required for coordination of RTU removal/replacement and roofing work required at existing RTU unit curbs. Bids will be based on a One Lump-Sum Price for each of two contracts for roofing and HVAC work. Bids shall include not less than the prevailing hourly wage rate determined by the Illinois Department of Labor. All bidders shall visit the site prior to bidding. Bid Security is required in the amount of ten (10%) percent of Proposal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond for the full amount of the bid accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding, and to award a Contract for any part of the Work or the Project as a whole.
