Site work, remodeling and addition to a development in Homer, Illinois. Working plans call for the addition of a 2,500-square-foot development; for the remodel of a development; and for site work for a development.
As of April 28, 2026, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. Project will rebid but no definite date yet. Work generally includes but is not limited to the following: Selective demolition and interior remodel of the existing building. Construction of a new 2,500 SF wood-framed addition. Civil work and landscaping. Geothermal system. Associated plumbing and electrical work. Accessibility updates. Bids must be securely sealed in an opaque envelope and addressed to the Purchasing Supervisor at the specified address. The envelope should be marked Bid: CCFP Nature Center Project. Bids received after the time of closing will be returned to the bidder unopened. Any interested parties are invited to attend the bid opening, which will occur immediately following the closing time for receiving bids. Pre-qualification requirements: Up to two complete sets of bidding documents are available to pre-qualified bidders (no planrooms) for a $300 refundable deposit check or non-cash deposit plan per set, made payable to Bailey Edward Design. Downloadable and printed sets of bidding documents may be ordered per the options listed, requiring a credit card or charge account for purchases. QA Final Date - 4pm February 23rd.
