Approximate quantity of 1,530 feet of thin wall steel conduit, electrical metallic tubing type, International Pipe Standard (IPS) 3 inches, zinc coated, with no coupling, in accordance with American National Standards Institute (ANSI) C80.3, furnished in 10 foot lengths. The specified manufacturer and part is "Providence Pipe" #P-300E. Delivery shall not exceed 14 calendar days from receipt of order. Bids offering delivery beyond this period will be rejected as non-responsive. Bidders who are not the manufacturer must submit a letter from the manufacturer confirming authorization to furnish the materials, on manufacturer’s letterhead. Without this completed confirmation form, bids will be deemed nonresponsive. Bids are subject to acceptance for a period of 90 days. Deliveries will be accepted only between 7:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Bidders must provide a complete detailed description for each item, including manufacturer name and part number, even if matching the specified item. Vendors quoting alternate brands or part numbers must submit and attach literature/specifications with their bid. Failure to do so will render the bid non-responsive. Prices quoted must include all delivery charges, applicable duties, and exclude federal excise taxes. FOB destination is required. Environmentally preferable products are encouraged if available, with all relevant specific information supplied. The Department reserves the right to award items separately or as a whole, and to reject any and all bids. Only responses submitted through ERSP will be accepted.
