Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Montgomery, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Scope of Work includes construction of water, sanitary, drainage, and paving facilities. Instructions to bidders include that sealed electronic bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. Local Time, February 5, 2026, electronically, and then publicly opened and read via teleconference. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total bid amount, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the contract and execute the bonds and provide required insurance certificates and bonds within seven (7) days after receiving contract documents. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, the original must be delivered at the bid opening address within one (1) business day of bid opening. Bidders must register on www.CivcastUSA.com to view, download, and submit bid documents, specifications, plans, soils report, and environmental reports, and there is no charge for this. Bids and bid securities must be submitted in compliance with the Owner's electronic bidding rules through the specified website. By submitting a bid, bidder agrees to use of electronic signatures as defined by Owner's electronic signature rules. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive defects and irregularities except for the time of submitting a bid. The successful bidder will be the responsible bidder that is most advantageous and results in the best and most economical completion of the project.
