Scope of Work includes construction of water, sanitary, drainage, and paving facilities. Instructions to bidders include that sealed electronic bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. Local Time, February 5, 2026, electronically, and then publicly opened and read via teleconference. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or a certified or cashier's check in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total bid amount, as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into the contract and execute the bonds and provide required insurance certificates and bonds within seven (7) days after receiving contract documents. If a certified or cashier's check is provided, the original must be delivered at the bid opening address within one (1) business day of bid opening. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive defects and irregularities except for the time of submitting a bid. The successful bidder will be the responsible bidder that is most advantageous and results in the best and most economical completion of the project.
