Site work for a civil project in Montgomery, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work to be performed under the provisions of these Contract Documents consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, labor, and supervision necessary for construction of facilities and installation of any and all equipment together with appurtenances for the work covered by these specifications. The work which shall consist of drilling and developing the East Lake Houston Management District, Lone Stag Water Well No. 1. The well shall consist of 417 feet of 8-inch steel casing cemented to 390 feet with 50 feet of 8-inch pipe-based stainless-steel screen on 8-inch perforated steel pipe and 10 feet of 8-inch steel blank set within a 12-inch gravel packed bore. The well shall be equipped with a 250 gpm, 20 H.P. submersible pump set with 275 feet of 4- inch steel column pipe. The project includes all site work necessary for well construction, including but not necessarily limited to clearing and grubbing and brush disposal; grading; and drainage ditching.
