The project is expected to be awarded on March 23rd, 2025.** In general, this project is for the general construction associated with razing an existing metal building in its entirety and constructing two independent structures; one approximately 4,300 square feet in area, and the second approximately 2,300 square feet in area. Both structures are one story of assembly-use occupancy and include associated site development and utilities. Construction elements include, but are not necessarily limited to: reinforced concrete footings, foundations, slab on grade, masonry walls, masonry veneer, light gauge metal trusses, and decking, prefinished metal roofing and sheet metal, hollow metal doors and frames, hardware, painting, suspended acoustical tile ceilings, plumbing system, HVAC system, electrical systems, and lighting and power systems. Printed procurement and contracting documents are to be obtained as complete sets only, and bidders are cautioned to reference the instructions to bidders for responsibilities regarding the use of documents.
