Plans and specifications are not provided for this project, contractors are expected to attend the job walk and provide their own estimates based off of the walk. Community Development Block Grant Rehabilitation project at 1506 Nelms St., Jonesboro AR 72401 for sewer lateral line repair. Interested contractors must inspect the site between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m., Monday, Feb. 2. The selected bidder must adhere to the contract agreement. Contractors are required to register with SAM.gov and provide copies of Business License, Contractor’s License, Liability Insurance, W-9, and RRP Certification if applicable. Participation of small, minority, and woman-owned business enterprises is encouraged for both general contractors and subcontractors. It is requested that majority contractors seek qualified small, minority, and woman-owned businesses for subcontracting whenever possible.
