CONTRACT NO. 26-SW1 NORTH WREN STORMWATER DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS: The scope of work includes the installation of approximately 1,350 linear feet of 15-inch, 18-inch, 24-inch, and 36-inch CPP storm sewer; 620 linear feet of 24-inch and 36-inch HDPE storm sewer; 820 linear feet of 8-inch and 10-inch PVC sanitary sewer; 580 linear feet of 10-inch HDPE sanitary sewer; and 50 linear feet of 10-inch Restrained Joint Ductile Iron sanitary sewer. The sewers are to be installed via a combination of open-cut excavation, jacking and boring, or horizontal directional drilling. Work also includes replacement of existing sanitary and storm manholes, inlet replacement, sanitary sewer service lateral reinstatement/reconnection, bypass pumping, and all necessary appurtenances. Temporary and permanent surface restoration is required, including restoration of lawn/landscaping, concrete sidewalk/driveway, and bituminous roadway and driveway. CONTRACT NO. 25-MB1 SALT STORAGE FACILITY REPLACEMENT: The scope of work includes the complete demolition of the existing salt storage building and the construction of a new storage facility, along with all necessary appurtenances and restoration. The work includes furnishing all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, and performing all work necessary to complete all General, HVAC, and Electrical Construction in accordance with the Contract Documents. All bidders are required to purchase the Bid Documents in PDF format for a specified non-refundable deposit from QuestCDN and to contact LSSE for technical questions. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid.
