The scope of work for Contract No. 25-SW02 includes removal and replacement of approximately 1,865 square feet of concrete sidewalk, concrete curb, clearing and grubbing of debris in the path of the sidewalk, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration for said construction. Add Alternates include removal and replacement of additional sidewalk, concrete curbs, and driveway apron. For Contract No. 25-R1, the work includes removal of the existing roof system and installation of approximately 6,500 square feet of EPDM roofing system over the Administration Building portion of the municipal building, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration. For Contract No. 25-R2, the work includes removal of the existing roof system and installation of approximately 9,000 square feet of EPDM roofing system over the Meeting Room portion of the municipal building, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration. All bidders are required to buy the Bid Documents in PDF format for a non-refundable deposit from online for each contract. Proposals must be submitted on the forms furnished by the Township and accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the bid. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids.
