The City of Tucson Department of Transportation and Mobility Streets Maintenance Division is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide landscape maintenance services for the City Right-of-Way. The Scope of Work contained herein represents the minimum requirements for services under this contract. Offerors are encouraged to propose enhancements to these minimum requirements. The areas to be serviced under this contract have been divided into four groups: NW Northwest - North of Broadway Blvd and West of Alvernon Way SW Southwest - South of Broadway Blvd and West of Alvernon Way NE Northeast - North of Broadway Blvd and East of Alvernon Way SE Southeast - South of Broadway Blvd and East of Alvernon Way Offerors are encouraged to visit each site before submitting a proposal. Competitive sealed offers for the material or service specified in this solicitation must be submitted through the City's online bidding system. No late submitted offer will be accepted or considered. Reponses submitted in physical form or by facsimile or email will not be considered. Offerors are cautioned to commence the submittal process sufficiently ahead of time to allow for unanticipated delays resulting from things like a slow internet connection, internet outage, difficulty uploading large documents, differing system requirements, etc. Contractor shall provide landscape maintenance services including but not limited to: weed control, pest control, plant maintenance, tree maintenance, and litter removal in City medians and roadsides. Roadsides from curb to property line/fence line/wall or up to 14ft from curb, depending on location.
