The City of St. Petersburg is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for as-needed maintenance, repair, and replacement services for the City's water and reclaimed water pipeline distribution systems. Work may be required at various locations throughout the City's potable and reclaimed water service areas within Pinellas County, Florida, to address both planned and unplanned needs. All work shall include the labor, materials, equipment, and methods necessary to complete the required repairs. A task order will be issued with a detailed scope of work for each asset that needs to be rehabilitated, and the type/nature of rehabilitation (repair or replacement) that is required. The City of St. Petersburg is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for as-needed maintenance, repair, and replacement services for the City's water and reclaimed water pipeline distribution systems. The Work shall be required at various locations throughout the City of St. Petersburg's potable and reclaimed service area, as planned and unplanned circumstances dictate. For each asset requiring rehabilitation, an individual task order will be issued detailing the scope of work and specifying the type of rehabilitation-repair or replacement-which may include, but is not limited to, the following: Maintenance of traffic Dewatering Exploratory excavation Bypass pumping Cleaning/removal and disposal of all sand and rubble accumulated within subject pipeline Superordination Point rehabilitation/repair (including repair of galvanized, iron pipe, reinforced concrete pipe, ductile iron pipe, PVC pipe, open joint sealing and trenchless joint sealing) Total line replacement Valve replacement Exterior sealing Rebuilding, coating, and installation of fiberglass lining Replacement and/or repair of service laterals Pressure testing Project site cleanup and restoration Miscellaneous Repairs Each asset (pipe segment, valve, etc.) to be rehabilitated and the type/nature of rehabilitation (repair or replace) will be authorized by the issuance of Work Orders or Worklist and will establish the timeline for required commencement and completion of the Work. Work Orders or Worklist will be issued in City approved format and delivered either electronically or by hard copy to the Contractor.
