Sealed bids are invited for Elevator Modifications at Bohlmann Towers. Bidding documents, drawings, and specifications may be obtained for a refundable deposit upon request. Only documents obtained through the designated provider are recognized for official use. Bid addenda will be distributed to registered plan holders. Technical questions should be directed to the designated contact. All bids must include an appropriate Surety's Consent and Bid Bond from a qualified surety company, enclosed in a properly sealed envelope. Attention is required for Equal Employment Opportunity provisions and payment of at least the specified minimum salaries and wages. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty days after opening. The owner reserves the right to waive formalities or reject any or all bids. An appropriate Surety's Consent by a Surety Company qualified to do business in the State of New York and on the approved list bidding itself to become surety for the full and faithful performance of the Contract in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract for the protection of all persons furnishing materials or labor for fulfilling the Contract is also required in all cases.
