The Work consists of bird nest and egg management at the Brady Resource Management Facility. Major components include using a variety of methods to deter onsite nesting as specified, and providing an egg management strategy as specified. The Work will be carried out on an as required basis during the term of the Contract, with the type and quantity of Work authorized by the Contract Administrator or Users. There is no obligation to purchase any quantity in excess of actual operational requirements. The City reserves the right to alter the type or quantity of work or to terminate the Contract on thirty (30) Calendar Days written notice. Bidders are advised that extensions to this Contract may not be exercised if the City participates in collaborative procurement initiatives with other levels of government.
