Defence Construction Canada is inviting contractors and suppliers to apply to be placed on an Open Construction Source List (OCSL) for commercial, residential, industrial, institutional, and civil work required by the Department of National Defence at 3 Wing Bagotville and its satellite sites in Quebec. The OCSL will be used to tender construction services with an estimated value of $10 million and below. Contractors and suppliers must submit a request through MERX to be placed on the OCSL, indicate their preferred official language, and have an active MERX account to submit electronic bids. Only those registered on the OCSL may bid on opportunities tendered via the list. Contractors previously on the OCSL must re-apply for the new term. The OCSL may require additional pre-qualification requirements for specific tenders and may include security and Indigenous business participation requirements. DCC reserves the right to use other source lists, set aside tenders for Indigenous businesses, and remove contractors from the OCSL if requirements are not met. Contractors are subject to DCC’s Procurement Code of Conduct, performance evaluation standards, and eligibility requirements. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
