DURATION OF THE CONTRACT The contract covered by this call for tenders has a duration of 36 months from its date of entry into force. The probable start date of the contract is on or around March 2, 2026. CONDITIONS Only submitted bids that meet the following conditions will be considered: 1- The bidder must have the required qualifications and hold the required licences under the Building Act (CQLR, chapter B-1.1). 2- The Bidder must have an establishment where it carries on its activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified in its name and accessible during normal office hours in Quebec or in a territory covered by an applicable intergovernmental agreement. 3- Requirement for Quebec or other Canadian construction work The construction work carried out by the successful bidder must be Quebec or other Canadian construction work, as defined in the Regulation respecting the definition of certain expressions for the purposes of Division IV of Chapter II of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1, r. 7.01), in accordance with the Supplementary Instructions. The Company reserves the right not to consider any request for clarification that does not result in a change to the tender documents submitted by a bidder if such request is received five working days or less before the deadline for receipt of tenders.
