Furnishing all work and materials for the construction, complete in place, of street improvements and watermain improvements, with work categories including water utilities, sawcutting sidewalk pavement, fittings and valves, traffic control, fire hydrant installation, pavement removal, landscaping, culinary water improvements, temporary erosion control, directional drilling, street and roadway reconstruction, street road repairs, water wastewater infrastructure, signage, waterlines, and paving. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN on the provided Proposal Forms in accordance with the Contract Documents, Plans, and Specifications. Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN, and bids will only be accepted from contractors who purchase bidding documents as specified. A bid bond of at least five percent of the total bid is required. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities or to award the contract to the lowest responsible bidder in the best interest of the City. For bids exceeding $50,000, a Responsible Contractor Verification Form must be submitted verifying compliance with minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3.
