The scope of work includes reclaiming 3,770 square yards of existing bituminous and base material, placing 1,090 tons of bituminous pavement, preparing 5,730 square yards of subgrade of the reclaimed surface, 100 square yards of subgrade excavation, 52 linear feet of sediment control logs, and 119 cubic yards of common excavation. The alternate bid includes 80 tons of bituminous pavement, 461 square yards of subgrade preparation, and 46 linear feet of sediment control logs. The work will be substantially completed on or before October 2, 2026. Final completion- November 13, 2026 All bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN using the proposal forms provided. Bids will only be accepted from contractors listed as plan holders through QuestCDN who have purchased the bidding documents. A bid bond of at least 5% of the total bid must accompany each bid. The project is subject to Responsible Contractor Certification and the City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, or award to the lowest responsible bidder.
