Site work for a mixed-use development in Cramerton, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a 3,550-square-foot playground / park / athletic field; and bridge / tunnel.
This contract is for the construction of approximately 3,550 SF of timber boardwalk, including 4 concrete approach slabs, 210 tons of asphalt, 785 tons of aggregate base course, 1,605 linear feet of wood safety rail, and 1 lump sum glulam bridge with composite decking (45 linear foot span) in Cramerton, North Carolina. The work includes grading, greenway, boardwalk, erosion control, and traffic control. All work shall include labor, materials, supervision, and equipment. Question Deadline 02/11/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to TOWN OF CRAMERTON in writing by prospective Bidders who have obtained Contract Documents from the Town. Questions received less than five (5) working days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered Each proposal must be made on the blank forms provided in the bound copies of "CONTRACT AND SPECIFICATIONS" and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope and addressed to Town of Cramerton, Town Manager, attention Mr. Josh Watkins, 155 N. Main Street, Cramerton, NC. The name, address and license number of the bidder must be plainly written on the outside of the envelope, and the envelope marked plainly with the contract name and number pn-48815.2.2, 48815.2.1, 2023.037
