Site work for a water / sewer project in Moscow, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Schedule A: Rehabilitation of the existing Palouse Mall lift station includes replacing the wet well cover and hatch, replacing of the existing pumps with submersible pumps, new electrical/control, upgrading the existing force main out of the wet well, fence upgrades, and the installation of a new valve vault and flow meter vault. A Bid Guaranty of 5 percent of the Bid Amount is required. Separate Performance and Payment Bonds each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract Amount will be required. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive any and all informalities and to negotiate contract terms with the successful Bidder, and the right to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional Bids.
