The City of Moscow, Idaho, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide transportation and disposal services for non-hazardous municipal solid waste (MSW) and tires. Waste must be transported from the City's Solid Waste Processing Facility (SWPF) Transfer Station at 3299 Highway 8 East, Moscow, Idaho, to a permitted RCRA Subtitle D landfill. The contract will initially run from November 5, 2026, through September 30, 2031, with an option for the City to renew for up to two additional five-year terms, potentially extending through September 30, 2041. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal deemed to be in its best interest.
