The work includes the installation of new HVAC equipment and associated hydronics systems within the attic, third floor, and second floor of the administration building. The project also involves related demolition, architectural finish work, lighting relocation, and revision of the fire sprinkler system where affected by the work. Bid alternates are for integrating HVAC systems in the entire building (north and south portions) under a single controls manufacturer. Bidders must provide a bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, and must hold a Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho. One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
