Comprehensive detailing of approximately 9,000 square feet of basement-level flooring at the Naval Support Facility, including office and cubicle spaces with epoxy, vinyl, and carpet flooring. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to clean, detail, and restore the flooring's condition. Cleaning services required include mopping, scraping, waxing, buffing, carpet shampooing, and vacuuming. Tasks include conducting a pre-cleaning walkthrough, moving chairs and trash/recycling bins, performing full mopping and scraping of hard flooring, applying and buffing wax, deep-cleaning and vacuuming carpets, ensuring all spaces are left dry and residue/odor-free, disposing of waste in accordance with regulations, providing Safety Data Sheets for chemicals, and implementing odor control as necessary. All work must be completed during non-standard hours (after hours or weekends), with 48 hours’ notice prior to the start date. Deliverables include a pre-work plan, completion of the full floor detailing service, and a post-cleaning report. Contractors must follow OSHA and EPA safety regulations, wear PPE, maintain insurance, and immediately report hazards or facility damage. The government will provide building access and is responsible for moving all furniture except chairs and trash/recycling bins. No government-furnished cleaning equipment or supplies will be provided. Quotes must be all-inclusive, and vendors must include all shipping costs if not already included in the price. Vendors should provide a valid Cage Code and be registered in Wide Area Workflow for payment.
