The project includes the installation of 1,950 lineal feet of 10-inch PVC sanitary sewer and 231 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC sanitary sewer along the west terrace of Packerland Dr and south terrace of Lear Ln. An existing lift station on Lear Lane will be abandoned and the majority of the equipment removed and salvaged. The generator, ATS, and associated equipment will be reinstalled at an existing lift station at the intersection of Packerland Drive and Conrad Drive in accordance with the plans and specifications.
