Supply and installation of HVAC systems at the Quinault Office, including removal and disposal of the existing ducted heat pumps and air handlers. The requirement includes one base bid item and two optional bid items, each representing different HVAC system configurations. Work must be performed in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, clauses, instructions, and evaluation criteria incorporated by reference under FAR Part 12. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 238220, Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning Contractors, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.
