Exterior preparation, prime and paint on all new wood materials to match existing. e. Accessories including all fasteners, flashing and downspouts impacted by the work. f. Stair Handrails 1) Glasrail or similar Fiberglas railing system meeting all applicable codes. 2) Install hand grip rail meeting code required profile dimensions where applicable. g.
