Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Enumclaw, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of improvements includes a new masonry electrical building built on top of an existing booster pump station vault, partial demolition of vault appurtenances, installation of City supplied control and electrical equipment, and other miscellaneous improvements. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bond, payable to the City of Enumclaw, of not less than 5% of the total bid. Access to the booster station vault is restricted, and a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled at the site. Free-of-charge access to project bid documents is provided online for Prime Bidders, Subcontractors, and Vendors. Bidders must register online to receive automatic e-mail notification of future addenda and to be placed on the Self-Registered Bidders List. Written questions regarding the project must be submitted in writing. All work performed on the project will be subject to State of Washington Prevailing Wage requirements. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (small, minority- and women-owned businesses) are encouraged to submit bids.
