Site work for a water / sewer project in Rye, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Under the contract, the Contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, material, supervision, and perform all work necessary to clean and televise 54,100 linear feet of sanitary sewer main and inspect. Participation is required for Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE). Bidders must comply with requirements for bid deposit, certified payroll, insurance, prevailing wage, bid bond (5%), performance bond (100%), maintenance bond (100%), and labor and materials bond (100%). Bids must be submitted physically, and bidders are instructed to refer to the contract documents for additional information. Question Deadline 01/30/2026 Question shall be submitted in writing to the City Engineer at least five (5) calendar days before the established date for receipt of bids.
