Remodeling of a theater / auditorium in Tuscumbia, Alabama. Completed plans call for the remodel of a theater / auditorium.
CHHS Auditorium HVAC Sealed proposals will be accepted for the CHHS Auditorium HVAC project. Work shall be performed within 120 calendar days from Notice of Proceed. There will be $500 per day liquidated damages for delays. A cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent of the bid amount, but not more than $10,000, must accompany the bidder’s proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance will be required at contract signing. Drawings and Specifications may be examined at the office of Create Architects, Inc. or at the Florence Association of General Contractors. Bid Documents may be obtained from the architect upon email request. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the Architect or copies thereof. Bidders bidding amounts exceeding that established by the State Licensing Board for General Contractors must be licensed under the provisions of Title 34, Chapter 8, Code of Alabama, 1975, and must show evidence of license before bidding. The current license number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the sealed envelope in which the proposal is delivered. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if it serves the Owner’s best interests. PN - 2025-1346
