Site work for a water / sewer project in Pierce, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is for furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and incidental items required for the construction and repair of the existing lagoon outfall structure. This includes replacement of the existing structure, valves, weir, and other incidental items of work as specified and shown on the plans. Bidders are instructed to obtain contract documents, plans, and specifications from Advanced Consulting Engineering Services, Inc., for a non-refundable fee, and to submit a bid security certificate or a certified check in the amount of 5% of the grand total base bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds for the full contract amount. The proposed project is described as follows: For furnishing all labor, equipment, materials, and incidental items for construction of repair of existing lagoon outfall structure, including replacement of existing structure, valves, weir, and other incidental items of work as specified herein and shown on the plans. Questions received less than 5 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding.
