Site work for a mixed-use development in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for site work for a golf course.
This project is for the Ala Wai Golf Course Clubhouse Fuel Storage Tank Replacement. Contractor to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for the construction of the project including all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the drawings and specified herein. Question Deadline 02/18/2026 All questions related to this Solicitation shall be sent to Sheldon Hardin via email at bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov Requests for clarification regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the Division of Purchasing by email to bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov. The CITY will accept written requests for substitution submitted electronically to bfspurchasing@honolulu.gov. All requests shall be received no later than the date specified in the Solicitation Time Schedule. Requests received after this date may not be given consideration. Bid security amount shall be equal to at least five percent of the Offeror's total bid amount.
