Only a bid bond issued by an insurer holding an insurer's licence issued by the Autorite des marches financiers and authorising it to engage in the guarantee business within the meaning of the Insurance Act (R.S.Q., c. A-32.1) will be accepted under the terms of the tender documents. This bond must guarantee the provision of a performance bond and a bond for the payment of labour, materials and services, each for a value of fifty per cent (50%) of the contract. The works will take place from March to June 2026.
