This third renovation project is part of a multi-year plan to renovate the entire building. The purpose of this call for tenders is to renovate the 1st and 2nd floors of the facade on St-Denis Street in the Hubert-Aquin pavilion (A). Work includes, but is not limited to: The replacement of brick siding; The reinforcement of structural lintels; The replacement of aluminum windows; The addition of structural support for the fenestration; Insulation and waterproofing works; The supply and installation of solar panels; The recovery of existing bricks for reinstallation or donation to a third party according to requirements; Soffit ragging; The repair of concrete; Repair work on interior finishes; The painting work; Various electromechanical works, including the recovery of certain existing electrical equipment and its reinstallation as well as the installation of filters on air intakes/louvers; The demolition, protection, sealing and other works necessary for the complete completion of the Work. The work also involves all related works such as: site development and cleaning, temporary protection work, repairs and modifications of existing interior fittings, jointing, repair work, and required openings. Interior works include, but are not limited to, interior mobilization, installation of temporary partitions and protections, removal and reinstallation of solar shades, removal of vertical blinds replaced by supply and installation of solar shades, the demolition and construction of interior ceiling sections, interior painting works and finishing joints (caulking) as well as the correction of deficiencies, demobilization and final cleaning.
