As of March 30, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. Sealed bids are requested for the Indoor Pool Restoration and Upgrades Project. Bids must be made in duplicate on the forms found in the contract documents and accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a contract and furnish performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract within ten days after the award. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid deemed in its best interest.
