The Regional Municipality of York is seeking quotations from qualified and competent firms to undertake professional consulting services. The Supplier shall supply all labour, materials, transportation, and equipment to complete Designated Substances and Hazardous Material Surveys (DSHMS) for each facility listed in Appendix E. The Supplier must also provide a DSHMS report supporting their findings from the survey, identifying all eleven Designated Substances identified in O. Reg. 490/09 - Designated Substances. Any proposal received from proponents who answer 'no' to any of the questions in Appendix I - BIDDERS QUALIFICATION CHECKLIST will be deemed non-compliant and rejected from further consideration. Questions related to this request should be submitted through the Bidding Website. The Region will only accept electronic bid submissions submitted through the Region’s Bids and Tenders website. Hard copy bid submissions will not be accepted.
