This Request for Proposals (the RFP) is an invitation by the Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the Owner) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Design and construction of a granular trail around the Stackhouse Pond , including grading, overland flow route crossing (via fiberglass boardwalk), on grade concrete trail through emergency flow route, terraseeding, site furniture ( benches, waste receptacles, and P-gates), and layby parking spaces with widened sidewalk and new curbing. as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the Deliverables).
