Renovation of a mixed-use development in New York, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course; restaurant; and clubhouse / community center.

Renovation, Operation and Maintenance of an 18-Hole Golf Course, Clubhouse, and Food Service Facility, with an option for a full-scale restaurant/Banquet Facility at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx. All proposals must be submitted no later than the specified due date. Hard copies of the RFP can be obtained at no cost by contacting the designated project manager, or the RFP can be downloaded from the specified website. Subject to availability and by appointment only, a meeting at the proposed concession site may be arranged.
