BP1 - MS/HS & Elementary Renovations for Central Lake Public Schools includes work in the following bid categories: Masonry, Structural Steel, General Trades, Roofing and Siding, Glass Glazing and Storefronts, Walls and Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Plumbing and Mechanical, Electrical, and Earthwork/Concrete/Sitework. Bid documents, drawings, and specifications will be provided electronically through the construction manager's platform. Proposals must be submitted on the provided form, with public bid opening taking place at the specified MS/HS main office location. Bidders are responsible for all bid document costs.
