Site work for a water / sewer project in Central Lake, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The Village of Central Lake is requesting bids for the TMF Water Service Material Verification Project. The work includes potholing and recording the material of existing water services throughout the Village of Central Lake. The project consists of 75 corporation stop material verifications, 75 public and private-side service line material verifications, and 75 private-side service line verifications. The work will include restoration, concrete removal and replacement, HMA removal and replacement, and traffic control as necessary for the potholing operation. Prospective bidders are instructed to refer to the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents for all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award. The project is subject to federal requirements, including payment of prevailing wages under the Davis-Bacon Act and compliance with Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act. Bidding documents can be obtained from the designated website or the issuing office. Question Deadline 10/10/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing.
