Renovation of a conference / convention center in Saratoga Springs, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 20,000-square-foot conference / convention center.
Renovate approximately 20,000 SF of an existing 59,000 SF building into a new conference center. The existing building is steel frame construction with a masonry exterior. The scope of services will include but not limited to the following: demolition of interior walls and surfaces; construction of new interior walls and finishes; modifications to electrical, lighting, and plumbing systems; expansion of existing geothermal systems and a new HVAC system.
