New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) is seeking bids for the installation of a prefabricated 24-foot by 36-foot timber-framed pavilion kit at the Saratoga Sand Plains Wildlife Management Area Wilton Public Archery Range, (Town of Wilton, Saratoga County). The pavilion kit has been procured by DEC from an outside vendor (Pergola Kits USA) and has been delivered to the Department. The project includes installation of a 24' X 36' 4"-thick concrete slab per the attached Concrete Slab and Footing Details, installation of six concrete footings/piers per the attached Concrete Slab and Footing Details, surface mounting of six 8"X8" manufacturer-provided post brackets per the manufacturer's instructions, and assembly of the pavilion kit per the attached engineer stamp plans and manufacturer's instructions and specifications.
