Description

Sealed bids are requested for the Broadway Apartments Siding, Soffit, and Gutter Replacement at 1901 Broadway Street, Pekin, IL 61554. Bids must be based on electronic bid documents obtained from 1919 Architects, P.C. website, with hard copies available for a non-refundable fee, limited to three sets per bidder. Bid packets can be shipped for an additional fee or with a UPS/FedEx account number. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project name. A bid bond of not less than 5% of the base bid must accompany each bid. Equal Employment Opportunity provisions and payment of not less than the minimum salaries and wages set forth in the bid documents apply. Contractors awarded construction-related contracts must document Affirmative Action to ensure Equal Opportunity in Employment, subject to review. MBE/DBE/WBE contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers are encouraged to participate. The Housing Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities. Bids may not be withdrawn for 90 calendar days after the opening without written consent.
