The City of Albany, NY is soliciting sealed bids for the supply of concrete and associated materials. Prospective bidders are instructed to submit sealed bids to the Board of Contract and Supply, Room 202, City Hall, Albany, NY 12207, with the name of the bidder, return address, and the contract title on the face of the envelope. Bid documents may be examined at Room 202, City Hall from 8:30 am to 5 pm. A bid deposit is not required. Each submission must include a Minority Participation plan or a Minority Participation Waiver. A performance bond is not required. The successful bidder must comply with Sections 220-223 of the New York State Labor Law and/or section 42-161 of the Code of the City of Albany pertaining to the Albany Living Wage Ordinance.
