Description: The Improvements under this Contract consist of adding lanes and reconstructing SR 30A (US 98) Panama City Beach Parkway from East of R Jackson Blvd. to Hathaway Bridge. FPID 217838-5-52-01 consists of roadway reconstruction, adding lanes, signing, pavement marking, lighting, signalization and ITS. FPID 217838-5-56-01 consists of UWHC for water and sewer relocation. All work is to be done in Bay County. Total Roadway Length: 3.286 Miles Total Bridge Length: 0.568 Miles Total Proposal Length: 3.854 Miles Contract Execution Days: 10 Special Start Date: N/A Aquis/Flexible Start Time: 30 Days Question Deadline 03/18/2026 at 5:00 PM ET, Direct all questions to the Department by posting them to the Department's website.
