Only bidders pre-qualified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the work involved on this project are eligible to bid. All bids must include a bid guaranty as described in the instructions to bidders. No bidder may withdraw its bid within 60 days after the opening. The contractor must pay State of Ohio prevailing rates as required in Section 4115 of the Ohio Revised Code. The City of Lancaster, Ohio reserves the right to waive irregularities, reject any or all bids, and conduct necessary investigations to determine bidder responsibility.
