Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 3,200-square-foot municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The work of this project includes: Located on the east end of the Overhaul Base facility, there is an approximately 3,200 square foot multi-use building with locker rooms, a break room, and mechanical equipment mezzanine that needs to be demolished. Over the years, the COUNCIL has made yearly repairs to the building roof system to correct leaks. In the winter of 2022/2023 a roof leak caused extensive interior damage, which made the building unfit for occupancy. The new proposed building to be built will include a break room, locker rooms, and a fitness center.
