Site work for a water / sewer project in Elburn, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work consists of approximately 19 water service line replacements, PCC and HMA removals, grass restoration, and all other appurtenant work required to complete the project. All contractors wishing to submit bids must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting at Elburn Village Hall. Failure to attend the entire meeting will result in rejection of the bid. Project documents include a project manual and plan set. Bidders shall submit all bid questions through electronically. The deadline to submit questions is 3:00 P.M. on February 17, 2026. The proposed improvements consist of approximately 21 addresses with water service line work located on various streets within the Village of Elburn, Kane County, Illinois.
