The requirement is to establish a single contract for security hoods to be used at the BEP. The contractor shall provide hoods for use in the internal production process. After the Offset and Intaglio print phases, carts holding sheets will require no less than seventy-two (72) hours of drying time. During drying, each cart will be secured and strapped with a security hood and locking mechanism. The locking mechanism will be provided by the BEP. Bidders must submit signed and dated offers, including the solicitation number, receipt time, offeror information, a technical description of the items offered, warranty terms, price and discount terms, remit to address if different, a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 representations and certifications, acknowledgment of solicitation amendments, past performance information for similar items, and a statement of agreement with all solicitation terms if not using SF 1449. Offers missing required information or rejecting solicitation terms may be excluded from consideration.
